Randy Hanner grew up in southern Missouri and picked up a fly rod at age 10 and started tying at age 12.
Randy has been involved in all aspects of the fly fishing industry over the last 15 years, from guiding and working retail, managing a fly shop, and working for Umpqua, to now volunteering with WDTU. He is also a former Fly Fishing Team USA member (2009-2013).
Today, he spends most of his time traveling to photograph and fish. One day he hopes to have a tiny house on a river with plenty of whitefish.
