Greg Blessing
Signature Tyer
I started fishing with my grandpa at 3 years old in upper state NY. My dad was an Air Force pilot, and we were stationed around the world.
In 1966 he retired and we moved back to Colorado. I received my first fly rod for Christmas of that year. I also received a Hank Roberts beginning fly tying kit.
I got married in 1980, 2 boys later , I started guiding in the late 80’s, turning full time in 1991.
In 1996 I became a licensed guide in Montana (#7505) guiding mostly on the BigHorn river. I became a certified casting instructor in 1997, so that I could teach my clients to cast better.
