Hi, I'm Richie, your local shop boy at Ole Florida Fly Shop in Boca Raton, Florida.  I've been immersed in the world of fly fishing for the past 6 years, exploring the rich waters of Biscayne Bay, Flamingo, local canals and lakes chasing bonefish, snook, redfish, tarpon, large mouth and peacock bass.  I'm thrilled to be part of the Umpqua team!  I am excited to share some of my patterns with the community. 

When I'm not fishing or in the shop, I serve as a firefighter paramedic in Collier County.  I'm lucky to have a supportive wife and daughter who also like to keep me busy.  So, if you're ever in the area, swing by the shop or maybe i'll see you on the water...and remember to stay fishy.
