I’ve been guiding The Henry’s Fork, The South Fork of the Snake and Teton Rivers in Eastern Idaho since 2015. Before my guiding career, I attended Boise State University, earning a literature degree with a plan to teach high school English.
It turns out I’m a lot better at tying knots and pulling oars than giving lectures and grading papers. I now guide full time from May-October and play with my daughters and watch the snow fall from November-April.
