"I've fished the classic prince nymph style fly over the years with a good amount of success. But I found myself fishing a river system where fish had become a l little wearier of the classic pattern.
So I started experimenting with an oversized jigged version of this fly that contained a few differences.
I've added a hot spot for fish attraction, rubber legs, and CDC for even more movement on the fly.
This fly is a prince nymph, stonefly, green drake all rolled into one, with a side of bizarre.
When a river system has been hammered with jimmy legs and larger stoneflies, the Bizzaro Jerry still has a knack for getting fish to eat."
